Sample Charter Projects:
We assisted a company, who are part of a large multi-national, with their chartering of a 50 seat aircraft for the launch of a new product in Portugal. The scheduled alternative to the Portuguese destination involved a change of carrier in London. The timings for the London crossover also involved a three-hour wait in Heathrow. The interior of the chartered aircraft was corporately personalised with headrest covers bearing the charterer’s company logo, and personalised menus with their corporate logo. A corporate announcement was also made on the aircraft by the CEO detailing the event and the product. Executive Class catering and a complimentary bar was provided by the chartering company. The chartered option, even though 25 passengers travelled on this aircraft, was approximately 30% cheaper than the scheduled comparable class.
We assisted the Irish subsidiary of a European parent company with their chartering of a 130 seat aircraft to attend a pan-european conference, to brief their medical corporate guests regarding a new drug that would soon be available. The chartered aircraft involved the transport of their Irish guests, stopping at Paris (CDG) to collect French guests, and onward to the final destination. The aircraft was personalised with Headrests, Coasters, Trayliners and Menus, all bearing the new product’s name.
